Pupil speech data, dwell time metrics, button hit accuracy, and fatigue indices are processed strictly under GDPR Article 9(2)(a) (Explicit Parental Consent) and Article 9(2)(h) (Health & Social Care Provision) to assist Speech & Language Therapists in clinical evaluation.

All speech logs, pupil profiles, and parent CRM records are stored in encrypted SQLite WAL databases hosted on sovereign infrastructure in Ireland/EU. We sell zero data, employ zero advertising trackers, and utilize zero profiling algorithms.

Parents and guardians maintain full statutory rights under GDPR Articles 15–20, including immediate full export of pupil communication history to CSV/JSON and instant permanent cryptographic erasure upon request.
